The Small Print...
Duration:
Vouchers are valid indefinitely.
Voucher Delivery:
E-vouchers will be emailed to you free of charge to the email address provided. A printed voucher will incur an additional £1.50 charge for printing & postage.
Voucher redemption:
Simply email me with your request, quoting the 6 digit voucher number printed on the slip accompanying the gift token.
The gift tokens may be used to purchase a print, to book a tuition session or reserve a place on a photo tour or workshop.
The voucher may be used as a part payment for a more expensive product as long as the balance is paid at the time of booking. A single voucher may be used to make multiple purchases up to the value of the voucher, e.g. a print for £150 and a 1-Online tuition session for £75 can be paid for with a £200 voucher topped up with another payment method.
The voucher will only be regarded as redeemed once you have received email confirmation of the order from David Ward Photos.
Refunds:
Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. No change or credit will be given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the product purchased – for example where a £200 voucher is used to purchase a £150 print.
Product Availability:
David Ward Photos does not guarantee that spaces will be available on photo courses. Spaces are only secured once a course has been booked, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Similarly, we cannot guarantee the availability of limited edition prints.
Transfer:
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cancellation of Photo Tour or Workshop:
In the unlikely event that a photo tour or workshop needs to be cancelled a credit to the value of the voucher can be transferred to another course. In the event of the voucher holder cancelling their booking a credit will be given in line with my Terms & Conditions.
No cash refunds shall be given.
